The workshop will cover the same topics as Louis' demo. While the idea is to turn a bowl during
the workshop, the larger goal is to provide an opportunity to practice some of the ideas
and techniques from the demo.

Tools needed for workshop

3/8” or 1/2” bowl gouge, along with any gouges with which you want to practice
A scraper, particularly a negative rack scraper, if you have one
A face shield

Optional:
traditional grind bowl gouge, usually with a 45-degree angle
bottom feeder gouge

-Additional tools, as needed
