These forums discuss a wide range of woodturning issues and in some cases also include related woodworking and workshop discussions.

• AAW Forum is a volunteer member-moderated module hosted on a platform which is separate from the AAW website and requires registration. If you are already registered, you can go directly to the discussions.
• Canadian Woodworking and Home Improvement covers many woodcraft and home project topics and includes a woodturning forum.
• International Association of Penturners forum is the forum for the organization of the same name and devoted to all things related to pen-turning.
• Lumberjacks is all about woodturning.
• Ornamental Turners International forum is the discussion group for the club of the same name. You can ask members questions about the club as well as many other topics.
• Sawmill Creek Woodworking Community is an extensive and well-maintained forum covering diverse woodcraft topics and includes Turner’s Forum.
• WoodCentral covers every wood issue imaginable and includes a woodturning forum.
• Woodnet Forums discusses various woodcraft issues and includes a woodturning forum.
• Woodturner’s Resource is woodturning-centric and includes a forum on Segmented Woodturning.
• Woodturners Unlimited explores the creative side of woodturning and many other topics.
• Woodworking Australia’s Woodwork forum is a fun and informative group from Down Under (be prepared for Aussie slang!).
• World of Woodturners forum is a group of woodturning artists who have become friends and who willingly share their talents and skills. To join, you must obtain a membership invitation from an existing WoW family member or contact the site administration.
